Welcome. I'm glad you've found your way here. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and I honor the courage it takes to reach out for support.
My approach to therapy is grounded in relational mindfulness—a practice of bringing presence, curiosity, and compassion to whatever arises in our work together. I believe that healing happens not through fixing or changing, but through creating a space where all parts of your experience can be met with acceptance and understanding.
In our sessions, I offer a warm, non-judgmental presence where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, working through relationship challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm here to support you in discovering your own path forward.
I work with adults across a broad range of life experiences and difficulties. Each person's journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to honor your individual needs and goals.
I offer 50-minute weekly sessions for adults (18+) both in-person and online. Sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, develop self-awareness, and work towards the changes you seek.
Available in-person in St Albans and Luton, or via secure video call for online sessions.
£40–60 per session
As a trainee psychotherapist working towards full UKCP accreditation, I offer reduced rates to make therapy more accessible. I work under regular clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

New to therapy? It's natural to have questions about the process. Therapy is a collaborative relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space.
Mindfulness practices can support wellbeing by helping us develop a kinder, more accepting relationship with our present-moment experience—whatever that may be.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is the leading body for psychotherapy regulation in the UK, maintaining high standards for training and practice.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet and explore whether working together feels right. There's no obligation, and you're welcome to ask any questions you have.
What you share in therapy remains confidential, with limited exceptions related to safety. I follow UKCP ethical guidelines to protect your privacy and wellbeing.
